Jan Atkinson is a senior partner at the award-winning private client firm, Osbornes Law. As head of their London based practice, she specialises in advising clients with regard to wills, estates and trusts. 

With over 30 years’ experience, Atkinson is a leading expert on high-value estate administrations and disputed probate and trust cases. Consequently, she is regularly appointed by the court as an independent administrator to help resolve complex and long-standing estate disputes. 

Atkinson is a member of both the Society of Trust Practitioners and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. She also takes and active role in the Law Society Private Client Section Executive Committee and regularly writes about inheritance issues.
