James Lister is a key figure at Stevens & Bolton, a Guildford firm ‘offering excellence beyond the City’.

He joined the firm to head up the contentious trusts and estates practice in 2017, and was named partner in 2019. He advises primarily on disputes relating to HNW and UHNW individuals and their affairs, both onshore and offshore.
