‘We are putting power back into the hands of the consumer,’ says Clive Jackson, who founded the firm after being frustrated by the lack of transparency shown by brokers. The company’s policy of full disclosure over rates and commission means it is unable to add excessive mark-ups on deals.

Customers book and pay online, check details and the itinerary is sent to their phone. Jackson believes smart technology has a big part to play in private aviation.
