Chuan Yang ‘CY’ Chee joined UBS in 2011 as a graduate trainee in the bank’s wealth management division. He started as an investment specialist advising on portfolio construction and asset classes before becoming a fully-fledged client adviser in 2014.

In 2021, Chee moved from the global family office team in Singapore to the UHNW client-advising team in London. Today his UHNW clients have anywhere from £300 million to £1 billion-plus in assets, with many residing in either Asia or Europe. 

On a day-to-day basis he deals directly with wealthy families who require international and institutional financial advice. In regards to his skillset, Chee says that he is ‘client and service oriented, and values a collaborative relationship with clients and co-workers’.
