Rebecca Ford is a partner in the employment team of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in the UAE. She advises on all aspects of employment law in the region, focusing on financial services, oil & gas and education.

Working across regions for many international clients, Ford is experienced in litigation in England and Wales up to and including the High Court, and is a registered practitioner of the Dubai International Financial Centre [DIFC] Court.

Ford also conducts workplace investigations and advises on contracts (both for individuals and at the policy level), incentives, reward packages, global mobility and retention through to termination issues and disputes.

She regularly speaks at industry events in Dubai and England and has contributed chapters on UAE law to employment law textbooks.
