James Carter-Brown is the head of Knight Frank’s UK residential building consultancy practice, where he leads an innovative team that advises on a broad remit of projects in super-prime locations, restoring historical buildings and developing luxurious new homes.

A chartered surveyor with more than 15 years of experience in building and renovations, Carter-Brown says the firm can assist with full-scale project development, as well as general building surveys. His team, he has said, exists to assist with the creation and refurbishment of some of the finest homes in the country.
