Lucy Challenger is the founder and CEO of Polo and Tweed, a luxury domestic recruitment agency based in Mayfair. 

The agency caters to a global network of HNW clients and provides everything from butlers and nannies to gardeners and yacht crew. 

Challenger explained that ‘when you’re placing staff into people’s homes, I think the client has the right, within reason, to demand the best. Particularly when it comes to looking after their children or property.’ 

The agency provides a one-year guarantee on all full-time placements and bespoke training packages for existing staff. 

Challenger is also an etiquette influencer on social media and hosts her own podcast, The Voice of Luxury, where she speaks with leading professionals within the luxury industry.
