With more than 30 years of experience in dermatology, Nick Lowe established the Cranley Clinic in 1994 with his daughter, Philippa.

He specialises in both medical and aesthetic dermatology and advises on matters including acne, scars, moles, psoriasis, melasma, and rosacea. The clinic also offers treatments such as fillers, skin rejuvenation, fat reduction and Botox – the latter of which falls under the expertise of Lowe who is renowned for his role alongside two other researchers for developing Botox as a treatment for improving facial frown lines. 

Lowe has authored more than 450 clinical and research publications, 15 scientific books, and four educational books. His book Managing Your Psoriasis was awarded the British Medical Association award for its contribution towards ‘public education about a skin disease’. 

He is a clinical professor of dermatology at the UCLA’s School of Medicine in Los Angeles and is certified with both the Royal College of Physicians and the American Board of Dermatology.
